Nope, no custom answer for this one. Because there are no custom classes.
Anyway, the classes are divided by how good your grades are. This school grades with percentages rather than letters, so don't be fooled by the names of the classes. Anyway, 2-E is obviously the lowest of the second year classes. 2-C is average. 1-A is for prodigies, and it also the class of the Top Ten, the famous students with the top ten grades of the whole school, prodigies among prodigies.
Also, if your character is not in the Top Ten (it will have to be an EXTREMELY smart character if they are), they will not wear the same uniform as Maki. The uniform of the top ten is what you see hear, with a jacket and skirt made of Egyptian cotton for warm months, Alpaca fleece for cold months, and the shirt and tie are made of silk. The shoes are either knee high boots or stilettos with heels from 2 to 4 inches, according to preference. The normal uniform is made of average materials (Well, average for wealthy families.) Khaki jacket and skirt, white shirt, white knee-thigh high socks or tights according to preference, brown Mary Janes, and a red bow or tie, according to preference. Obviously, the men's uniform is different.
Also, the Top Ten have other privileges: access to a special menu at the cafeteria, looser dress code when it comes to makeup, piercings or jewelry and access to the lounges (that have maids and butlers there after school hours and during lunch hours).
All of that aside, Shirogane Private Academy is among the most prestigious schools in the world. A boarding school for ALL students. Only the staff are allowed to commute from home from Junior High onward. The student council for the High School currently consists of a President (Tatsuya, the number 1 of the Top Ten), Vice President (Kosetsu, number 2 of the top ten), and treasurer (Maki, number 3 of the Top Ten)
As for facts about Maki:
1. He was not always a crossdresser. However, he is Kosetsu's bodyguard and therefore has to stay in the same dorm building as her. He's gotten so used to it that he almost never wears men's clothes anymore.
2. Only the staff and a few select students (Kosetsu included) know that Maki is a boy.
3. Maki is completely and utterly head-over-heals in love with Kosetsu. So to win his hear, you'll have to distract him from her. Goooood luck with that. (Kosetsu makes goddesses look plain and uninteresting. No joke.)

(Note: the Kakiyo family is very famous, as it's descended from nothing but royalty and nobility, and these days the head of the family owns the world's largest company.)
